Volcano’s Edge (Island of Jo-Jo)
The edge of the volcano named Jo-Jo is where the final trial is held to determine who will rule the island nation every ten years. The final two competitors sit at the edge of the volcano enduring intense heat and unbearable breathing conditions until one of the two yields.
Legends claim that the ancient spirits guide miniature and unstable Safe Zones along the Volcano’s Edge to protect the individual that they deem worthy of leading their nation allowing only those of royal blood to survive.
